Disneyland, Hong Kong

I got a chance to go to Disneyland in August last year. My first time in Disneyland! And I love to be in this fairytale land. And because I'm grew up with Disney too. Love their movies, especially the cartoons. Oh the princesses. :)

Went there about 10 in the morning and the crowd was already flooding in the entry gates. And and I took the first glimpse of Disneyland. Oh the beautiful architecture !

Who's not a fan of Aladdin? One of the nicest story line cartoon. 

A whole new world, 

a new fantastic point of view, 

no one to tell us no, 

or where to go, 

or say we're only dreaming.

The very first Disney characters.

My favourite cartoon's evil queen, Maleficent.

No, not male-ficent. Ma-le-fi-cent :P

Alice in wonderland! No, not the one in 3D starring Johnny Depp.

This is the cartoon. I hate the cat in the cartoon by the way -___-;;

There was a summer parade going on. And that's why there's this big space and people surrounding the pathway.

Yeap, night time. We were there for the whole day. And waiting for the most anticipated show.

The castle! The fireworks is gonna startttt. I don't have pictures :( But I filmed (video) the whole fireworks event. Heheheheeeee. And at the end of it my hand was sore because I didn't have a tripod -_-;;

My Date Night

Well, I don't really have regular dates all the time but I come from a background where I am "very encouraged" for group date. 

Uh oh, and yeah as a student with limited income we can't really do much.

So we usually hang around with friends since "group date is encouraged". And we go by the parents' rules.

You see, we were goodies. Still is :)

We would spend time just hanging around with the usual stuffs, walking around holding hands, lovely memories. Hoho.

Then the usuals : Movies, talked till the wee hours then go home, and continue talking over the phone =x

On some occasions, we would go for vacation together.

I especially remember once, we went to Genting and it's freezing because we didn't bring out sweaters. But we kept each other warm. I love that feeling, wouldn't forget how we embraced each other. Then along the whole day playing, we'd just keep whispering sweet nothings into each others' ear. Hahaha. Of course it was sad it was just only a day. But we had loads of fun. And I'm sure my other half would agree with me.

Anyways, it's cool to be just the two of us sometimes. 

We get to share stuffs together and not get the stares from our friends.

I'd really want to go out together again, as often as we can.

:)

Cause I can't wait to be "us" instead of you and me.

Pasta Zanmai, Sushi Zanmai's sister.

Oh hai~z ~~

You've probably heard of Pasta Zanmai now, one of the fastest growing Japanese restaurant outlet.

I know, I've just blogged about Tenji, I can't help it! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee Japanese food. nyamnyam.

If you've been observant, you'd notice that beside every Pasta Zanmai outlet, there's Shojikiya beside it. I think they're partners or something is it? O_O

Ooooooooooooooo, ohhhh. Teriyaki chicken, the common food for my father. He don't really fancy Japanese food you see. So that's the best "international" food around for him :)

Salad, which comes with the Teriyaki chicken. Ordered set.

Miso soup, included in the set too.

Ohh, I love the cup. :) Cheapest drink around. Green tea. :D

This is mine. I forgot what I ate LOL. But it's nice. Unagi and spaghetti. And look at the egg!

The pizza, is veryy niceeee. I am biased for pizzas with thin crust, me lurveee :)

And look at the fatty juicy fresh scallop.

Nice lor. One of the dishes that is worth the value too.

Overall, the food is good, price not too great. I still prefer Sushi Zanmai though! I'll blog about Sushi Zanmai some time later. Hehehe. Stay tune !

Battle of the Bands 2010, Sunway Piramid, Earth Hour, Earth Day.

So, my friends and I went to Sunway Piramid last week to support Elite X in the Battle of the Bands 2010, in conjunction of Earth Day. What? Cannot go out during Earth Hour is it now? I like lar! :P

I don't know the name of the band above.

Well, I can say the management/organizing team sucks. Sucks as in the event SUPPOSED to start at 6pm, according to their big big poster at the entrance, however I think they only started at what, 9pm? Ishhhhhhh.

The guy above was entertaining the crowd with his dance moves, belly dancing aye.

Behind him are the band members of An Honest Mistake for guest performance.

Heard of them? I've not until that night.

Apparently, they are quite a famous Malaysian band with their very famous violinist?

I don't know. Well google them if you're interested :)

An Honest Mistake.

Seriously a mistake for us as crowds when at the last song, they screeammmmeeeeeddddddddddddd. Not so good for the crowd who is sweating like mad.

Elite X's in Paramore style. Hahaha.

No lah, the vocalist :) aka the singer of the band lah.

Fannnsssssss.

How would I rate the event? I would say 3/10.

It's horrible. Timing is so horrible was so late. Not much publicity, so I think it's a small event.

Besides that, they've go lousy crew members showing the LC faces. 

Why I say that? Because some crazy fans *me and my friends* made a cardboard, held it up.

Then a crew member, veryyyyy short female, short than I am, "scolded" us for blocking the lights.

She was like "HELLO, can you please don't block the lights, I'm a crew" *plus holding her tag*.

HELLOOOOOOO, it's more like blocking her I think so she's unhappy hahahaha.

Her please doesn't work here because her tone totally sucks. So rudeeeee.

Okay, anyway, Elite X didn't win but we had a great time showing our support to our friend, and we had a great time together. There's a lot more to say but I shall not criticize further. I'm showing mercy! :D
